2008 Annual Conference

The Oklahoma Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators held their 2008 Annual Conference on

October 1, October 2 and 3, 2008

The training conference was held at the Edmond Fire Department Fire Training Center, 5300 East Covell Road, Edmond, Oklahoma.

The OKIAAI greatly appreciates the use of the first class facilities provided by the Edmond Fire Department.

The main subject material covered Vehicle Fire Investigations.

The instructors were

Tim Yandell - Chief Investigator for Yandell & Associates, Instructor for Public Agency Training Council

Steve Riggs - Instructor for Public Agency Training Council

The training provided Continuing Education Credits which included:

25 hours Oklahoma CLEET including 2 hours of Handling the Mentally Ill.

19 hours Oklahoma Adjuster License

25 hours Oklahoma Bar Association

Awards that were presented at the Annual Conference were:
